Impediment Reaction Map
This is a complex journey map that was dependent upon how much time had passed since an incident and multiple yes or no questions that affected the path forward.
Energy Company
This complex journey map followed not only 1 persona, but 3 different personas and how they would work together to help their company "go green." This included a primary and secondary persona for each step on the timeline.
How to Become a Coach
These 3 screens were used to help identify if a person was the right fit for a Garage Coach and what their next steps were if they chose to become one. It showed the different ways in which you could become one as well as areas in which you could focus your training.
Redesign of Process Map
The first map is what I was given, and the map on the right is how it looked after I reorganized and made the information efficient and easy to understand. I assigned each part along the journey to a different role and helped them to see what role would be responsible for what along the process. This helped them stay more organized in their sales processing.
